We launched a city vs. suburbs debate, working with parenting site YummyMummyClub to put out a blog post debating raising kids in the city versus the suburbs, and highlighting the writer’s reasons for raising her daughter downtown.

We paired the post with a scheduled Twitter chat on Garrison Point’s Twitter account, giving away gift cards to Liberty Village businesses to select participants.
The campaign ignited the online debate, and since then we’ve held additional Twitter chats on urban issues like walkability and creating family-friendly neighbourhoods.
To promote carefree and car-free commuting, Garrison Point gave away a Vespa at their launch event. The contest drove people to register for the project, as well as attend the event and post photos of themselves with the Vespa to Instagram or Twitter.
The Garrison Point Instagram account promotes the Liberty Village area, downtown living, and ditching that car for two feet and a heartbeat.
The Garrison Point blog lets readers get the whole story behind the project, its partners, and the people & places that make up this community.

GARRISON POINT
Garrison Point is developer Cityzen’s latest project, a planned community just east of Liberty Village with a 4.5-acre park, swimming pool, and kids' activity rooms in the buildings. Because it’s so family-friendly, at 88 Creative we wanted to highlight the benefits for families, and showcase why raising kids downtown is a great alternative to living in the suburbs.
We've built the online community using Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and a Garrison Point blog, directly impacting project registrations and raising the profile of the brand.
