Cityzen's Twitter account now has over 5,000 followers, and it's one the most vibrant and most engaged communities in the Toronto real estate industry.
Cityzen's Facebook page has an active audience, especially when it comes to sharing photos of Cityzen's projects and Toronto in general.
Cityzen's projects happen to be quite photogenic. This photo of the L Tower (designed by Daniel Libeskind) got more than 80 likes and was shared 35 times.
When Emporis announced their picks for the best new skyscrapers of 2012, Cityzen held its own people's choice awards on Facebook. Cityzen's Absolute Towers by Ma Yansong garnered worldwide attention and made Emporis' list.

CITYZEN DEVELOPMENTS
Cityzen is a major real estate developer in Toronto and is known for its unique designs like the Absolute Towers (also known as the Marilyn Monroe towers) in Mississauga, and the L Tower in Toronto. They have multiple building projects on the go at any given time, and 88 Creative was tasked with creating a unified, informative, and interactive voice to represent the brand.
Prior to working with 88 Creative, Cityzen had no social media presence. After bringing us on in 2010 we’ve grown their Facebook and Twitter accounts, building a community of brokers, investors, consumers, and media. We also run the Cityzen blog, writing about their projects and community news. They now have one of the largest social media communities out of all Toronto real estate developers, and in 2013 we launched social media channels for their latest project, Garrison Point.
