The 155 Redpath blog promotes the project, but it's also a resource for the real estate community when it comes to the overarching trends in the Yonge and Eglinton area, and in Toronto real estate as a whole.
We use Instagram to showcase the project, its model suite, and the neighbourhood, but also to show off the artsier side of 155 Redpath.
We developed the #NeighbourGood campaign to marry online giveaways with offline promotion, giving away branded coffees and TTC tokens in August and September 2013, and creating a highlight video showcasing the campaign. We’ve since extended the #NeighbourGood concept to other campaigns, including a toy drive for Sick Kids hospital, resulting in hundreds of new registrations.
Two essentials to make your morning run smoothly? How about a coffee to get you going and a TTC token to get you to work. For four days during the summer of 2013, the 155 Redpath team gave away both as part of the #NeighbourGood campaign. It's just part of being a good neighbour.
We created a video to document the campaign, and the #NeighbourGood hashtag lives on on Twitter.

Freed is known for bringing the King West neighbourhood to life in Toronto, with projects like Toronto’s Fashion House condos and Thompson Residences, and almost $1 billion in total developments. Their latest project is 155 Redpath, a condo project in the Yonge and Eglinton area. 88 Creative manages the social media accounts and blog for 155 Redpath, using Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook to help drive the project’s sales.
